Service Description

TextFlow provides document text extraction services via API. Our service processes documents including invoices, receipts, and other business documents to extract text and structured data.

By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Prepaid Usage Balance

TextFlow operates on a prepaid usage balance model. You Add Prepaid Usage to your account, and we deduct the cost of each API request from your balance.

Important Terms:

  • • Prepaid usage balances are non-refundable
  • • Balances have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn
  • • Balances are non-transferable between accounts

Your prepaid usage balance does not expire. You may use your balance at any time while your account remains in good standing.

Pricing

Current pricing is as follows:

Fast-Precise Model
$0.29 per page
Precise-Fast Model
$0.39 per page

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Any balance added before a price change will be honored at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use TextFlow only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • • Process documents you do not have the right to process
  • • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our models or algorithms
  • • Use the service to process illegal or prohibited content
  • • Resell or redistribute access to our API without authorization

Data Privacy

Documents submitted for processing are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not retain document content after processing is complete unless you explicitly enable document storage in your account settings.

We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and processing.

Account Termination

You may close your account at any time. Upon closure:

  • • Any remaining prepaid usage balance will be forfeited
  • • API access will be immediately revoked
  • • Usage history will be retained for 90 days for your records

Limitation of Liability

TextFlow's liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
